United Community Bancorp is a savings and loan holding company. Through its subsidiary, United Community Bank (the Bank), Co. accepts deposits from the general public and local municipalities and uses those funds to originate one- to four-family real estate, multi-family real estate and nonresidential real estate, construction, commercial and consumer loans. Co. provides a selection of deposit products, including noninterest-bearing demand accounts, interest-bearing accounts (such as interest-bearing checking and money market accounts), regular savings accounts and certificates of deposit. As of June 30 2017, Co. had total assets of $536.9 million and total deposits of $453.7 million.
